SPAN provides victims of interpersonal violence in the City and County of Broomfield with crisis intervention, shelter, legal advocacy, and outreach counseling services.
Broomfield-based outreach counseling services are provided through donated space at the FISH of Broomfield office. In addition, SPAN Advocates provide on-site assistance at the Broomfield Combined Courts, including assistance in obtaining protection orders, attending court hearings, providing referrals to attorneys at Colorado Legal Services, and advocating with the justice system staff on the victim’s behalf.
