SPAN the Rockies 2010 Registration Fees


Early Bird Registration: Save $10! Register by July 15	$85 (Includes a $75 tax deductible contribution to SPAN)
Register by August 13	$95 (Includes an $85 tax deductible contribution to SPAN)
Event Day Registration	$115 (Includes a $100 tax deductible contribution to SPAN)

**Team Registration Fees**
Teams of 2 to 5 people	$75 per person
Teams of 6 to 10 people	$70 per person
Teams of 10+	$65 per person

Add $10 per person if team registers on Event Day.

SPAN the Rockies will occur regardless of weather. Therefore, registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please Note:

No online or mail in registrations will be accepted after August 13th
Helmets are required for all rides
Please ride safely, lawfully and considerably
Riders are required to follow all traffic laws and regulations
By registering for SPAN the Rockies, riders agree to abide by our Rider Safety Agreement
All riders are required to sign a waiver when they register; and an adult is required to sign for riders under 18
Tag-a-longs and trailers are not permitted on any of the routes
Tandems are allowed on all routes. Each rider must register and sign the waiver

What Your Registration Includes

A fully supported ride with aid stations, refreshments, sag vehicle assistance, and mechanical support along each route
Rider number and wristband
SPAN the Rockies water bottle
Commemorative SPAN the Rockies musette bag
Food and beverage at the post-ride picnic

Riders who complete the Double Metric Century/200K will also receive a special SPAN the Rockies 200K cycling bike cap.

Did you ride last year? Register for SPAN the Rockies 2010 and become a member of the Founder's Club -- receive the SPAN the Rockies cycling bike cap for any route plus special email updates on deals and discounts available exclusively to members of the Founder's Club!

Pledges

SPAN the Rockies is a fundraising event for Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN). All proceeds will benefit our Capital Campaign -- we're raising $3 million to pay off the debt on the expanded Emergency Shelter. We're almost there! Help us meet our goal in 2010. Be a part of something special and enjoy one of the great Front Range cycling events!

Pledges are not required, but are greatly appreciated! Riders may raise pledges as an individual and as part of a team. The top individual and team fundraisers will be recognized. Raise $250 for SPAN and receive a FREE SPAN the Rockies jersey!

SPAN the Rockies Jerseys

Stylish SPAN the Rockies jerseys are available for an additional $60. Limited quaitities are available, and sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please order when registering. Choose from Unisex sizes. Jerseys can be mailed or picked up (with rider packets, see below) prior to or at the ride.

Limited quantities will also for sale on ride day for $70.

Rider Packets

Riders may choose to pick up packets or have them mailed (additional fees apply). Packets will be available for pick up as follows:

Location – SPAN Outreach Center, 835 North Street, Boulder

Dates and Times:

Friday, August 13, 12:00 – 7:00pm

Saturday, August 14, 8:00am – 12:00pm

Elevations Credit Union, 2300 55th Street, Boulder

Sunday, August 15, 5:30am - 9:30am

Riders who opt to have their registration packets mailed will receive their rider number, wrist band, route maps and a goodie bag coupon at least one week before the tour. Riders may exchange the goodie bag coupon for their musette bag and water bottle at the start or finish of the tour.
