Family Resiliency Empowerment Engagement (FREE) Program

Family Resiliency Empowerment Engagement (FREE) Program: In these two groups, children and youth (5-8) and (9-12) can participate in age-appropriate, creative social and emotional skill-building classes. They will be learning strategies like developing coping skills, strengthening their relationship with themselves and others, practicing kindness and compassion, establishing boundaries, connecting with their roots, strengthening self-esteem, and promoting violence prevention and social justice. The FREE Program is an in-person group.

Wednesdays 4:30-5:30 pm, in English with Erika (she/her/hers), Erica (she/her/hers), and Julianna (she/her/hers).
