Mindfulness Group: Mindful self-compassion, a concept embodied by the principles of self-kindness, common humanity, and mindfulness, can improve emotional responses and mental health outcomes for individuals as well as create a nurturing and supportive environment for those who have experienced trauma. Through exploring modalities such as radical acceptance, resiliency, and loving-kindness, individuals can cultivate an inner landscape of hope and healing.
