Who We Are

SPAN Board of Directors

All rights, powers, duties, and responsibilities relative to the control of SPAN’s property and affairs are vested in the Board of Directors. These include program evaluation, stewardship and fundraising, policy setting, and Executive selection and supervision. SPAN’s Board of Directors may range in size up to 25 members. Members are elected for a three-year term. Members of the Board are elected to provide a range of expertise pertinent to agency operations and to reflect, in composition, the ethnic, age, economic, and geographic diversity of the community. In addition to volunteering their time and expertise, 100% of Board Members contribute to the organization financially.
