From October through December, Edwin Zoe restaurants are hosting its annual fundraiser in support of Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence (SPAN)!
At Edwin’s Zoe’s restaurants in Boulder, staff are paid a livable wage, and tipping isn’t part of the checkout process. There’s no tip line on the payment screen.
If a customer chooses to leave a gratuity, that money is donated to a local nonprofit. From October through December, those donations help SPAN provide safety, advocacy, shelter, and resources for survivors, children, and pets affected by violence..
It’s a meaningful way to care for restaurant workers and give back to the community.
