Jasmine

Jasmine was referred to SPAN through our Domestic Abuse Response Team (DART). Police provided a referral to the DART program following their response to an incident of domestic violence at her home. She entered into SPAN’s Transitional Housing Program in January 2014, and through partnership with Boulder County Housing Authority, Jasmine and her two children received rental assistance. She has graduated from the program and is pursuing a rent-to-own mobile home.
